By using AfterCall.dev and the AfterCall mobile application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Recording Consent & Legality

Important: You are solely responsible for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the recording of conversations. You must obtain necessary consent from all participants before recording.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. AfterCall is not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. AI Limitations

While we strive for 100% accuracy, AI-generated transcriptions and summaries may contain errors ("hallucinations"). AfterCall provides these "as-is" without warranty of perfect accuracy.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our service for any reason, including violation of these terms.
